Backup Method: BMI-Based Estimate

If your circumference entries don't produce a valid Navy result (for example, due to swapped numbers or unusual proportions), the calculator automatically falls back to a BMI-based regression (Deurenberg-style), incorporating:

  • BMI (from height and weight)

  • Sex
